Courtney Markland, LCSW

Welcome to Rosemark Counseling!

My passion is working with individuals who are navigating symptoms such as depression and anxiety related to past trauma, relationship issues, and attachment wounds. My approach to therapy is person-centered and with the underlying assumption that my clients have the innate strength and ability to overcome their symptoms and live their ideal life. My role as your therapist is to help you rediscover that strength, guide you through the healing process, and equip you with the tools needed to achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Why choose to work with me?

I create a non-judgmental, welcoming environment where you can express yourself freely, ensuring you feel heard and understood throughout your healing journey. Every individual is unique, so I tailor my therapeutic methods to fit your specific needs. I utilize evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, IFS, CBT, TF-CPT, CPT, and DBT. My focus is on empowering you to tap into your inner strength and resilience, working together to build self-compassion and confidence while equipping you with practical tools to manage challenges both in and out of our sessions. I am dedicated to your personal growth and well-being, fostering a collaborative relationship where we can explore your experiences and achieve meaningful, lasting change together. Recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, our work will encompass not just symptom relief but also overall well-being, helping you nurture a fulfilling life.
